Meet the Polaroid Swing Artist Support Program
Our movement is based on the original Polaroid Artist Support Program which inspired some of the greatest art of the 20th century. The original Program supported photographers such as Ansel Adams, Andy Warhol, David Hockney, Robert Mapplethorpe and Robert Rauschenberg.

How to be considered for the Polaroid Swing Artist Support Program:

Just tag your Swings in the Polaroid Swing app and on your other social platforms with #SwingArtist.

The Polaroid Swing team will support members of the Program by:

Curating their work in physical and digital exhibitions through partner museums.

Connecting them with brand partners who have adopted the new Polaroid Swing medium for content marketing. This creates sustainable revenue streams for young artists. One partner, Getty Images, will select artists to cover events for its social media content.

Supplying equipment, including the latest Apple iPhone 7 Plus, to access the first ever downloadable Polaroid camera, the Polaroid Swing app.

Polaroid Swing has partnered with Parsons to find the best young talent among its 10,000 students.

Founding Artists
An initial cohort of established photographers has now been selected from the US and UK. A hand-picked group of artists helped co-create the new Polaroid Swing interactive photo medium before the app’s launch this summer in a secret beta testing period. The group was assembled by Chief Creative Officer Cole Rise, an eminent photographer who invented the original Instagram filters and logo.
