Sign up help and magic links

There are 3 ways to sign up and log in to Polaroid Swing:

  • Twitter
  • Facebook
  • Email

For both Twitter and Facebook, your accounts must be linked to your phone and you will be required to authorise Polaroid. You will also be asked to add an email so that when you return you can just use that.

Logging into Polaroid Swing with your email uses a magic link sent to the email you signed up with instead of a password. It’s easier and as secure as a password but there are a few things to watch out for:

  1. The email that it goes to is the one you signed up with-if this is not the email in your 'mail' on your iPhone, then rather than hitting the 'check mail' button, simply go to your email and you should find it there. You can log in directly through that email.
  2. Make sure to check your spam or updates folders as it can sometimes end up there.
  3. Gmail in particular groups emails together from same address so make sure you are clicking on the latest link (Tip: It will often say sent 0 minutes ago).
  4. It may take up to 1/2 hour to receive the sign up link so please be patient if it doesn’t arrive immediately.

Usernames

If you are looking for a username that says it is blocked, please get in contact at usernames@polaroidswing.com. Offensive usernames, however, are not available for use.

Reporting content

While we do not stand for censorship, certain themes such as gratuitous violence are not appropriate for this community. We appreciate your help in flagging such content.

Supported devices

We currently support all features on the iPhone 5s and above. We are working on supporting other Apple devices, as well as making Polariod Swing available on Android.
